Independence Grove - March 14, 2026

The club once again fished Independence Grove in Libertyville. Approximately 30 fish were caught but only 4 qualified for points, including 1 Largemouth Bass and 3 Crappie. The Big Fish award of the outing went to Matt Biggerstaff with landed a super solid 12.5” Crappie! While the weather has not been on the club’s side recently, lets hope the spring thaw brings improved fishing for the 2026 season.
