Wisconsin Dells - September 12 & 13, 2026

The annual outing to Wisconsin Dells is always a high point of the season and this year was no exception. The Sturgeon bite was on fire for the 5 club members and 4 guests who fished these beautiful waters of Wisconsin Dells. Club members landed 24 Sturgeon that qualified for points include the massive 50.25” beauty landed by Terry Ocheltree to the win the Big Fish Outing of the outing. But the guests were not to be outdone, they also landed 24 Sturgeon that qualified for points and an equal number of smaller Sturgeon were landed by both club members and guests that did not qualify for points. Besides the Sturgeon 7 Drum, 1 Smallmouth Bass, and 1 Crappie were landed for points. Big shout out to was 10 year old guest Neil Haney who netted a beastly 43” Sturgeon, making it look easy. This outing will certainly be remembered as one of the highlights of the 2026 season!
