Lake Geneva musky guide Jon Winsor will be the guest at our September 17 meeting
The Libertyville Fishing Club is proud to be hosting top musky guide Jon Winsor of Toothy Critters Guide Service at our September 17 meeting to be held at the Libertyville Township Center, 359 Merrill Ct. in Libertyville. The meeting starts at 7:30 pm.
Lake Geneva is now classified as an A1 musky fishery by the Wisconsin DNR. The lake has been stocked with musky starting in 2010. Due to the plentiful cisco and panfish population in Lake Geneva, the musky growth rate has far exceeded expectations. While we stress catch and release, the minimum size limit has been raised to 50 inches. We expect to learn a lot from Jon and all are invited.
